Bed Return or Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your izone Bed Purchase, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed and/or foundation during the 90 Night Test Rest period, call a Sleep Specialist toll free at 1-844-718-6722. You may exchange your mattress or base one time within the 90 Night Test Rest period. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from one style to another) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price. All shipping and incidental charges to return a bed are covered by izone. All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. izone will arrange for return shipping. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received and inspected by izone. Products will NOT be issued a refund if any of the following applies:
1) Bed found to be damaged beyond normal use expectations
2) Bed is soiled
3) Bed is returned prior to a complete 30 night trial period

Defective or Damaged Product
Any izone product that is defective at time of arrival, or is found to be defective within the 90 Night Test Rest period, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by izone.
